This positive and make you feel good gentleman came to our Wellington office missing many upper teeth and wearing an old acrylic partial denture that did not fit his mouth properly. He also had severe gum inflammation, old leaking silver (amalgam) fillings on the lower molars, microfractures, and significant wear. While his lower teeth had some restorative options, he wanted a permanent, long-term solution and chose All-on-X dental implants for both arches.

Treatment began with removing the failing teeth and infection, followed by bone grafting with PRF and alveoloplasty to prepare a solid foundation. We then placed implants on both the upper and lower jaws to support a fixed, full mouth restoration.
