This professional gentleman came to our Wellington dental office with crowns that were over 20 years old. He had gum recession, decay under the crowns, tartar buildup, and advanced periodontal disease. His teeth were loose and could not be saved.

We began treatment with a deep cleaning (scaling and root planning) and removed infected teeth to lower bacteria and prepare for implants. He then underwent a Full Mouth Restoration with All-on-X dental implants.

During surgery, all teeth were extracted, infected tissue was removed, and bone grafting with PRF was placed after an alveoloplasty to create a healthy foundation.
