Susan discovered our office through the AACD charitable foundation, called "Give Back a Smile". Her dentitions were destroyed by years of domestic abuse and violence. Her goals were to remove her discomfort and restore her teeth function. Susan's treatment plan involved periodontal treatment and re-contouring, extraction, bone grafting, root canal, crowns, fixed and removable bridges.
